What if I change computers?
Each account works on 2 computers. To switch, contact support to remove the old one.
I paid but don't see my plan?
Open MathCopy → Account → “Check again”. Still missing? Email us with the address you bought with.
Does MathCopy need the Internet?
Yes. MathCopy checks your account when it opens, and PDF conversion sends the file to our server.
